The Light Returns...

How refreshing to see the sun and the shine back in blue skies today.
Winter rains drenched us for a couple of days, bringing heavy blankets of clouds from above, that settled into the "hollers" and lay thick on the mountains from base to peak. During these times of complete cloud cover, our "daylight" is mostly a dull shade of gray...so where is the beauty now?
The scripture can give answer to the purpose in all things...even when the rain comes...

"The rain and snow come down from the heavens and stay on the ground to water the earth. They cause the grain to grow, producing seed for the farmer and bread for the hungry."
"It is the same with my word. I send it out, and it always produces fruit. It will accomplish all I want it to and it will prosper everywhere I send it."
Isaiah 55: 10 - 11
